Step 1 any commercial documents should be attested by the respective Chamber of Commerce. Step 2 All the Commercial Documents should be attested by MEA(Ministry of External Affairs Govt. of India). Chamber of Commerce Attestation is mandatory from the Respective Chamber of Commerce. Individuals can't get Attestation directly from MEA, You should hire an agency for the same. Step 3 After MEA Attestation, now the documents are eligible to apply in the Kuwait Embassy to get the Kuwait Embassy Attestation. A request Letter from the company will be required. The direct approach in the Kuwait Embassy in India is not allowed for individuals or companies.
